Simply find a space such as a boardroom or recreation room, decide a convenient time - an hour before, during or after work -gather a group of colleagues and we take care of the rest. Posters and informative emails can be provided to create employee interest and students can get in touch with us with questions, queries or feedback.

We specialise in:
Yoga - for all levels of experience from beginners through to dynamic flow as well as 'bend & stretch' at your desk workshops.
Meditation - guided sessions, seated or lying down.
